Our Associate Franchise program is geared toward a mid-level manager with sales experience. This opportunity is for smaller markets (approximately 3500 potential customers or less) in the US and operates as an individual unit rather than a multi-unit developer. The franchisee will be required to have a small office (approximately 500 to 700sq feet,) with a support staff of admin/bookkeeper and operations/cleaning supervisor. In addition the franchisee will have a cleaning crew (approximately 5-10 people) that will service the commercial buildings. The role of the franchise owner is to procure commercial cleaning customers through various sales methods and manage the business. Our target customer is the smaller facilities, such as offices, banks, medical, car dealerships, restaurants and retail.

There are 3 criteria in place for potential Associate Franchise owners:

1. A successful track record of sales management experience
2. Liquid assets or access to initial start up funding of approximately $50K-$75K
3. Looking for non-home based business.

Three criteria in assessing potential Master Franchise owners:

1. A successful track record of business and/or sales management experience.
2. Liquid assets or access to initial start-up funding of $250K (plus)
3. Preparedness to either already reside in, or relocate to, a selected metropolitan market.
